Aloha and welcome to the archive of refereed papers presented at the Annual TCC Worldwide Online Conference. The papers were peer-reviewed by an editorial board comprised of international educators with research and practical experience in online instruction and distance education. A double-blind review process was used to evaluate papers according to the paper selection criteria.
The papers cover a wide range of topics addressing the TCC themes of exploring the research and implementation of new educational technology strategies and emerging technologies as it impacts the learner in colleges and universities worldwide. This online resource is for educational use. Permission for how the papers may be used are granted under the Creative Commons license.
Select papers from TCC Refered Papers will be invited to submit revised manuscripts for publication in the winter edition of the International Journal for Educational Media and Technology.
